Steny's Tavern & Grill

With the Bucks as one of the best teams in the NBA, the Brewers making back-to-back playoff visits for the first time since the early '80s and the Packers still making NFC Championships, we're currently in a golden age of Sconnie sports. And for OnMilwaukee voters, the MVP – Most Valuable Place – to watch their trio of Wisconsin MVPs is Steny's.

For more than 35 years, the Walker's Point sports bar has been there for Milwaukee fans through thick and thin, the good years and the bad. (Looking at you, early 2000s Brewers teams.) And OnMilwaukee readers have rewarded it for its tasty Bloody Marys, delicious burgers and plethora of screens over the past decade, helping it reign supreme over the rest of the city's sports bars since 2014.

A new contender, however, is climbing the standings, as Deer District's The MECCA claimed second place while Old World Third Street favorite Who's On Third finished all too fittingly in third. Meanwhile Leff's Lucky Town scored fourth place while the premier Premiership pub, The Highbury, rounded out the rest of the top five.

OnMilwaukee editors' pick: The MECCA Sports Bar & Grill

The Bucks might be the best sports show in Milwaukee, but if you can't get in there to watch in person, the next best to enjoy Giannis and company is right across the street: The MECCA. From a solid menu of flavorful bar food options to dozens of screens – including the immense 38-foot TV – to make sure you don't miss a dunk or throw or home run, The MECCA is indeed becoming a new Mecca for Milwaukee sports.
