If you came here hoping to read there was a new joint (ahem) serving weed-infused food and drink, we apologize for the miscommunication and are disappointed right along with you.

Instead, Cheba Hut, which will open on the corner of Oakland Avenue and Locust Street this spring, will offer a menu with 30 "toasted" subs that, according to their website, have "been curing munchies since its start in 1998."

The fare also includes Rice Krispies treats, salads, snacks and local, craft beer. (License pending.)

Cheba Hut is a chain based in Ft. Collins, Col.

The first Milwaukee location, 2907 N. Oakland Ave., moves into the space that formerly housed Blaze Pizza, Five Guys, Chin's Asia Fresh, Famous Footwear and more. Currently, there is a Cheba Hut in Madison and possibly a couple more coming to Brew City soon.

Party on, Milwaukee.
