Cirque du Soleil’s first-ever ice show, "Crystal," comes to the Fiserv Forum later this month and in honor of it, Purple Door Ice Cream, 205 S. 2nd St., in Walker’s Point, has unveiled a limited edition tribute sundae.

Available Jan 15-20 at Purple Door's main location, the sundae is inspired by the bright colors in the show and includes the ice cream maker’s popular Blackberry Quark ice cream, with housemade raspberry sauce and blue raspberry rock candy on top and, of course, whipped cream and a cherry.

During the same period – Jan. 15-20 – you can get 15 percent off tickets to the show, which runs Jan. 30-Feb. 3 at the Fiserv, when you use the promo code CRYSTAL15 at Ticketmaster.

"Crystal" is the eighth Cirque show in Milwaukee in the past 13 years and it offers the usual amazing feats and acrobatics except, well, on ice. Which, I don’t know if you know, is pretty darn slippery, making the show even more thrilling and astonishing.

There are 7:30 p.m. shows Jan. 30-Feb. 2, plus a 4 p.m. show on Feb. 2. Shows on Feb. 3 are at 1:30 and 5 p.m.

Parents, I have a feeling "Frozen"-loving kids will be in seventh heaven watching "Crystal."
