If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate 414 Day, check out Indeed Brewing Company’s “Jell-O, Milwaukee,” event at its Walker's Point taproom, 530 S. 2nd St., Sunday. April 14.

In addition to Brew City-themed trivia, hosted by Beer Pass, starting at 4 p.m., and food from El Pastor food truck, Indeed will offer “Jell-O, Milwaukee” fruit-infused beer flights.

The beers are available all day long, from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.

The flights include four variations on Indeed’s Walker’s Point-brewed Milwaukee flagship American lager, Hello, Milwaukee: Lime, Orange, Blue Raspberry and Cherry.

The infusions, I’m told, are made with both real fruit and juice. The brew team cuts up the fruit and zests the peels by hand and then the beer rests on the fruits for two weeks.

This is not the first time Indeed has done this, either.

For last year’s 414 Day, Indeed released kegs of small batch Hello, Milwaukee infusions with whole coffee beans (called "Wake Up, Milwaukee"), orange juice and orange zest ("Brass Monkey Beermosa"), dried chile de árbol and cinnamon ("Milwaukee Hot Pepper”), and red berries tea, lime juice, and lime zest ("Hello Hibiscus Lime").
