Schlitz Park has added its second tenant since announcing plans to expand and renovate the Downtown-area office park.

Admission Possible, a non-profit group which works to help students from low-income backgrounds get into college, has leased about 4,000 square feet of space in the RiverCenter Building.

Admission Possible has five employees and gets assistance from 20 AmeriCorps members, all of whom work with approximately 350 students from seven Milwaukee high schools.

Th group plans to move from its current location, at 603 N. Milwaukee St., beginning Sept. 1.

Earlier this year, Schlitz Park announced a $30 million renovation project which would include new buildings, update existing buildings and add residential and green space to the 46-acre park.
