Le Reve has announced the line up of cooking classes for Troquet, the new modern events venue and cooking school at 1409 N Wauwatosa Ave.

The new venue, which is expected to open in spring of 2020, will be the hub for a variety of experiences – including classes in pastry, chocolate, cheese-making and more – with an impressive line-up of guest chefs including Sandra Holl, Jerome Landrieu and Josh Johnson, award-winning pastry chef of Guittard Chocolate Company.

Cooking classes at Troquet will feature 90-minute demonstrations during which chefs will prepare a four-course meal for guests while discussing their dishes and techniques and taking questions from the audience. Attendees will go home with full bellies and copies the featured recipes.

Troquet will also team up with local businesses to incorporate their products into cooking demonstrations. The current schedule includes a variety of options from cheesemaking with Le Clare Farms and floral design with Deb Flower from The Flower Lady in Wauwatosa to Mother’s Day themed classes during the month of April. Pricing for classes ranges from $65 to $85.
