Ventura’s Taco is slated to make its debut at 2898 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. this weekend.  In fact, guests are invited to stop by for the restaurant’s grand opening on Sunday, May 30 from noon to 6 p.m.

Behind the family-owned restaurant is Jorge Ventura Ramirez, who owns and operates Ventura's Taco with his brothers Juan Carlos and Isidro Ventura Ramirez. Jorge also co-owns Las 7 Estrellas, 112 E. Dakota St. with his uncle.

The Ventura Ramirez family launched their business as a taco truck which has parked regularly at E. Oklahoma and S. Brust Avenues. Ramirez says that they will continue to operate the food truck along with the new brick and mortar restaurant.
