Two workers painting the exterior of O'Brady's, 1834 N. Water St., confirmed that the bar and grill was reopening. Jacquelyn Barret applied for a Class B Tavern License, and according to the workers, she hoped to open the bar and restaurant this summer.

Also, a second ReThreads will open in Bay View, 2761 N. Kinnickinnic Ave., on Tuesday, May 1. According to an employee of the Riverwest location, the new shop "will be the same except in a smaller space."

Owner Andy Garrisson also has two ReThreads in Madison and one in East Lansing, Mich.
