Solly’s Grille is the birthplace of the butter burger. Serving the greater Milwaukee area since 1936, Solly’s remains a family-owned and operated American dining tradition. Menu items are made with consistently fine ingredients like 100 percent high-quality sirloin, real Wisconsin butter and no-cholesterol frying oil. Solly's old-fashioned ice cream malts served in steel cans, farm-style breakfasts and the Old Wisconsin Fish Fry are traditions in themselves.
