For those of you out there hunting around the city for Pokémon and lures, the Riverside Theater just announced your next big event.

On Friday, Sept. 30, the Riverside will host Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions, a live video game concert event featuring moments from many of the Pokémon games intertwined with orchestral arrangements of their original music – performed by the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.

And, as a special bonus, the event is teaming up with 42 Lounge Ale House to create an exclusive Pokémon Go pre-show meet-up.

"Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions is a spectacular showcase of the memorable music that has been a hallmark of the Pokémon franchise for nearly 20 years," said J.C. Smith, director of Consumer Marketing at The Pokemon Company International, in a statement. "The concert series serves as a thank you to fans and an invitation to share our passion for Pokémon by reliving some of our fondest memories with the brand. We look forward to seeing fans of all ages enjoying this very special Pokémon orchestral event together."

Tickets for the show will cost $25, $39.50 or, for the exclusive pre-show Pokémon Go meet-up, $75.50. Tickets will go on sale starting Friday, July 22 at noon. Be sure to catch 'em all – or at least enough for yourself and some friends or family to go to the show.
