The Wisconsin Area Music Industry is looking for the state's top talent for their eighth annual WAMI Youth Showcase at this year's Summerfest.

Local musicians, bands and singers ages 8 to 18 can submit their information for a chance to perform at the showcase, held Thursday, July 5 on the Potawatomi Stage. A WAMI selection panel will select between 10 and 12 acts to perform in the showcase.

To enter, artists must send a CD or DVD or at least two songs; a list of all members and their ages, grades in school and contact information; a recent photo; a list or recent public appearances; and a $10, non-refundable submission fee payable to WAMI to:
