A crowd of nearly 15,000 gathered Saturday night, March 8, at the BMO Harris Bradley Center to watch the Bucks fall to the Wizards, 114-107.  The Bucks made a run in the second half, erasing a 28-point deficit but ultimately fell short.

The highlight, though, didn’t come from a dunk like this "Sports Center" winning one Monday night, but rather from an amazing alley oop executed by the Bucks Rim Rockers

I saw it in person, and several days later am still very impressed.

The dunk was engineered by by Rim Rocker J$, real name Josh Schedler who is a Senior Account Sales Executive with the team.

The Bucks also, of course, have Bango who is the NBA’s best mascot and known for pushing the limits and for his famous ladder dunk

But on Saturday night, Schedler ran to the top of the 200 level at the BMO Harris Bradley Center and delivered a bounce pass that landed just past the court side seats and bounced right up right in front of the rim.  A Rim Rocker teammate caught it and slammed it home.  Sure it took two takes, but it was amazing and a testament to the skill level of the entire squad.

See it here on this Vine from the Bucks account.

Even with the losses this season, the Bucks organization puts on a good show.  The team’s game day presentation is much improved and the in-game hosts keep the between-basketball action lively and very entertaining.  Halftime, too, has been great, especially the Amazing Sladek.

Back to Bango.  What’s he up to next?  According to this Reddit chat I’d watch for something with a BMX bike later in the season or next season.
