The City of Milwaukee has reduced the penalties for first-time possession of marijuana from $500 to $50. Pot is still illegal. A strip club is perfectly legal but the aldermen appear willing to get nailed for an almost $1 million judgement after losing a lawsuit. Doesn't seem to make much sense.
