It was half a century ago when Bob Dylan released an album titled "The Times They Are A-Changin'." The song is an eloquent testimony to how different the world had become in 1964. The same song could well be used as theme music for the production of "The Petrified Forest," the Robert Sherwood play that opened Friday night at the Windfall Theatre.
