Milwaukee IndyFest Street Party

In advance of this weekend's festivities at Wisconsin State Fair Park, Milwaukee IndyFest is hosting a free street party in the parking lot adjacent from the Hilton Milwaukee Hotel, between 4th and 5th streets on Wisconsin Ave.

Marcus Hotels & Resorts invites you to kick-off Milwaukee IndyFest at the Milwaukee Mile June 16 with a free street fest on Thursday evening includes live music by The Toys.

IndyCar drivers will also be on hand to sign autographs. Drivers scheduled to attend include Michael and Marco Andretti, Alex Tagliani, Rubens Barrichello, Tony Kanaan, Bryan Herta, Sebastian Saavedra, Ryan Hunter-Reay and James Hinchcliffe.

At 7:30 p.m. there will be a judging of a Classic Car Show featuring the hottest rides from the 60's and 70's

Other attractions include: Two IndyCar Show Cars, A House of Harley-Davidson parade, Milwaukee's tasty food trucks and beer and a Kids Zone with a Bounce House, Giant Slide, games and more.

Attendees are invited to head into the Miller Time Pub located in the Hilton for an "After Party" featuring live music by Shakedown beginning at 10 p.m. and drink specials.

Greek Fest

There`s a reason this is the 47th year that Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church of West Allis puts on their annual Greek Fest. Milwaukeeans can`t get enough gyros, lamb and chicken roasted on a spit, or the amazing Friday night fish fry. Throw in some family fun and carnival rides and it`s a party! Opa!

Street Party returns
