Tours of the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame Walk of Fame plaques in downtown Milwaukee are planned for June 22, before the Milwaukee Brewers meet the Atlanta Braves at Miller Park.

A baseball theme is planned for the two tours, at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Game time is 3:10 p.m. that day.

The tour will star with an introductory video at Major Goolsby's on 4th Street, across the street from the Walk of Fame. Volunteer guides will then bring the groups on a tour of the plaques, with emphasis on the Milwaukee Braves and other baseball members who are Immortalized in Bronze.

A  question and answer session with the volunteer expert then will take place at Goolsby's, where participants also can have lunch.

The tours are being conducted by the Revive the Hall effort and the Wisconsin Sports Legacy Group, which hopes to work with the Wisconsin Center District on reviving the Hall of Fame. The state Hall has been dormant for four years.
